Subscription Terms Agreement
This Terms Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions for your subscription to the STMCZ Ltd Employee Workplace Support service ("the Service"). By subscribing to the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. The Service
STMCZ Ltd Employee Workplace Support provides employees with confidential advice, resources, guidance on workplace matters, mental health support, etc. The Service aims to assist you with various workplace-related challenges and enhance your overall well-being.
2. Subscription Fee
The monthly subscription fee for the Service is £5.99. This fee is payable in advance on a monthly basis.
3. Subscription Term
- Minimum Term: Your initial subscription has a minimum term of three (3) months. You are committed to paying the monthly subscription fee for at least this period, regardless of usage.
- Maximum Term: Your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis after the initial three-month period, up to a maximum continuous term of one (1) year from your initial subscription date.
- Renewal: At the end of the one-year maximum term, your subscription will automatically terminate. To continue receiving the Service, you will need to re-subscribe under the then-current terms.
4. Billing and Payments
- Payment Method: Payments will be processed via direct debit or credit/debit card. You authorise STMCZ Ltd to charge your chosen payment method for the monthly subscription fee.
- Billing Cycle: Your subscription will commence on the date you sign up and your first payment will be taken immediately. Subsequent payments will be taken on the same day of each following month.
- Failed Payments: If a payment fails, STMCZ Ltd will notify you and may suspend your access to the Service until payment is successfully processed.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Free Cancellation Period: You may cancel your subscription for free within the first two (2) weeks (14 calendar days) of your initial subscription date. A full refund of any fees paid will be issued if cancellation occurs within this period.
- Cancellation After Free Period:
- During Minimum Term: If you cancel after the free cancellation period but within the initial three (3) month minimum term, you will still be liable for the full three months' subscription fees. No refunds will be provided.
- After Minimum Term: After the initial three-month period, you may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice. Access continues until the end of the next billing cycle. No refunds for partial months.
6. How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, please contact STMCZ Ltd's support team by emailing support@stmcz.co.uk or calling 020 1234 5678. Provide your full name and subscription details to expedite the process.
7. Termination by STMCZ Ltd
STMCZ Ltd reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if you breach any of these terms or if we are unable to process your subscription payments.
8. Changes to Terms
STMCZ Ltd may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after modifications indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." STMCZ Ltd does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure service. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
By proceeding with your subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
